How translation hours are counted
An hour of plan time is an hour of recording translated into one language. Translating a one hour service into one language uses one hour. In Multiple mode each extra reading language uses another hour of the plan for every hour recorded, so a one hour service shown in two languages uses two hours.

Add-ons

- QR Code Join: $10.00 a month. The congregation scans a QR code and reads the live captions without an account, using no extra hours.
- Subtitles: $10.00 a month on Basic for subtitle mode on a projector, a floating subtitle bar and an OBS overlay link. Already included in Standard and Pro.
- Sermon Review: $10 a month, included free with yearly plans and always included with Pro.
Is there a free plan for church translation?
Every account gets 1 free hour of live translation each calendar month, with no credit card. It comes back on the 1st. There is no free unlimited plan.
How much does live sermon translation cost for a church?
Basic is $19.99 a month for 12 hours of live translation, and Standard is $34 a month for 30 hours. A church translating one weekly service of about an hour into one language uses roughly four or five hours a month.
Does translating into more languages cost more?
Every plan includes every supported language, but each extra reading language shown at the same time uses its own plan time: a one hour service in three languages uses three hours.
Can we cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and the plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for. The refunds page explains when money is returned.
Do listeners need their own plan?
Not with the QR Code Join add-on: listeners scan a code and read the captions in their browser with no account and no extra hours. Without it, each person reading on their own phone signs in to their own account.
